To understand the Hallmarks

Trustees are appointed to provide the appropriate mix of competencies and skills and with sufficient time and dedication to ensure a sustained efficient and quality management of the whole facility. They operate under the Role & Values statement as revised by the Trustees November 2013.

The Officers on the Board are in frequent contact to discuss the day to day management of the facility and the full Board meets quarterly to decide on strategic direction, key issues that have arisen and for the outline planning of projects.

The Board is accountable to an AGM and Annual accounts and report (accessed from our homepage) are submitted to the Charity Commission.

Users can raise issues with Trustees at any time and the AGM 'aob' offers a good informal discussion with users over a glass of wine and nibbles.

A number of Policies have been established and these are reviewed periodically.

A User Guide A5 booklet updated March 2017 - paper copies in the hall - also available on request.
